My name is Dana Kosanovic! After nearly six years as a classroom teacher and over 15 years as a nanny, babysitter, and recreational leader in Chicago, I thought I was ready to leave the teaching world behind. But time and again, I found myself drawn back to the classroom, especially after becoming a mom.

Parenthood opened my eyes to the critical importance of finding trustworthy childcare that doesn’t just teach what children should know, but also equips them with essential life skills. This realization inspired me to start Little Learners Academy—a place where young minds are nurtured in a safe, creative, and holistic environment.

At Little Learners Academy, our mission is to provide a high-quality early childhood education program that balances structured learning with play-based exploration. Our program is designed to help children build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning while preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.

As a full-day preschool, we offer a warm and engaging space where children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically through hands-on experiences and meaningful interactions. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support each child's natural development, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn every day.
